Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Experience working with children or youth in educational, behavioral, or therapeutic settings Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Comfort supporting students with social, emotional, or behavioral needs Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic classroom environments Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or related certifications preferred

Role Responsibilities:

Support instructional activities under teacher supervision Assist students with daily lessons, assignments, and therapeutic interventions Implement behavioral plans and positive reinforcement strategies Help maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment Support student participation in classroom and small group activities Contribute to the ongoing assessment and documentation of student progress
