Soliant Education is seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals to join our team for full-time school-based positions. The district has three openings available, with two positions at the middle school level and one at the elementary school level. These roles will support specialized programs serving students with behavioral needs as well as students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with students and school staff while making a meaningful impact on student growth and success.

Requirements:
Minimum of 60 college credits OR an Associate degree required Previous school-based or special education experience preferred Experience supporting students with behavioral or developmental needs preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work onsite
Responsibilities:
Provide direct classroom and individualized student support Assist students with behavioral, academic, and developmental needs Implement teacher and behavior-team strategies and interventions Support students with intellectual and developmental disabilities Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
Interview Process:

Full-Time 3 Openings (based on preference) 2 Middle School Positions 1
