• Assist classroom team with day to day duties in a compassionate and nurturing manner
• Diaper changes, feeding, record keeping and parent communication
• Ensure a safe, healthy and nurturing environment for the children.
• Engage with children in a fun, outgoing, mentorship manner
• Communicating with families regularly.
• Act as a team player and maintain a professional demeanor. Teacher Assistant Requirements
• Must be at least 17 year or older
• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a licensed Childcare Facility is a plus but, we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all Beginners Inn Child Care and Learning Center standards.
• Excellent team player.
• Must be able to perform physical activities, such as but not limited to, lifting children, bending, standing, climbing or walking
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain Complete a comprehensive background check, including FBI fingerprints.
