We are currently seeking an Associate GSRP Teacher to join our team and help foster a nurturing and educational experience for our little learners. Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe and clean environment for children and staff Follow all State of Michigan policies and regulations Be familiar with and execute emergency procedures as needed Implement a variety of activities and experiences that align with the curriculum Support children's emotional and social development while building their self-esteem Utilize positive redirection techniques to guide behavior Establish a diverse and inclusive classroom that fosters equality for all children, regardless of gender, race, or developmental needs

Qualifications:

. CDA or Higher Experience in the GSRP program a plus Strong classroom and curriculum organization skills Experience working with children in a daycare or school setting is required
