Job Summary Provide support and assistance to the students with special needs; assist in daily skill building; collect and records data; assist in classroom preparations; assist with behavior problems; perform related duties as required. In this specialized role, you will work primarily with students who have diverse physical, emotional, and/or learning needs. You must be flexible, enjoy working with children, and be able to establish favorable working relationships with supervisors, fellow co-workers, maintenance personnel, teachers, and students. Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree preferred or pass Work Keys test. Experience working with students with special needs preferred. Basic First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
