Part-Time Contract Overview Ohana Student Services is seeking a dependable and student-centered Paraeducator or SLPA to support students in a school setting. The ideal candidate is collaborative, compassionate, and passionate about helping students succeed. Responsibilities Assist and facilitate state testing protocols Provide direct academic, communication, and behavioral support to students. Implement accommodations and strategies outlined in student IEPs. Collaborate with teachers, SLPs, and related service providers. Assist with data collection and student progress monitoring. Support classroom participation and student independence. For qualified SLPAs, provide speech and language services under the supervision of an SLP. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with students is preferred. SLPA applicants must meet applicable Michigan requirements. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Reliable and able to work in person in Dearborn, MI.Pay:
$20.00- $30.
