Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or similar school-based role preferred Demonstrated commitment to supporting children's academic and behavioral needs Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with teachers and staff Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude in diverse learning environments Capable of assisting students with instructional activities and personal care Ability to ensure student safety and promote an inclusive environment
Responsibilities and Daily Duties:
Provide instructional support in classrooms, small groups, or one-on-one settings Assist teachers with lesson planning, classroom management, and engaging activities Support students with special needs according to individualized education programs (IEPs) Foster a safe, organized, and encouraging classroom culture Assist in monitoring student progress and behavior, and provide feedback to teachers Manage classroom materials, help with record-keeping, and ensure clear communication between students and staff Experience a positive workplace where your efforts are valued and your impact is visible every day.
