As a paraprofessional, youll be working closely in a 1:1 setting with an early childhood student who requires attentive care for high medical needs. Key Qualifications:

Paraprofessional experience in a school or similar setting Familiarity with providing support to students with medical complexities or disabilities Ability to follow individualized care plans and support adapted educational strategies Effective communication and collaboration with educators, therapists, and families Calm, patient demeanor and the ability to remain composed in dynamic situations Commitment to confidentiality and student safety Relevant certifications or training are a plus

Responsibilities:
