We follow Michigan Licensing Rules and CTE ECE standards while creating joyful, developmentally rich classrooms. Position Overview We're hiring an Assistant Teacher for our Infant/Toddler program. You'll support a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment using TLE's L.E.A.P.® Curriculum and positive guidance practices. Pay & Schedule $15.50

50/hr (based on experience & credentials) Full‑time: Monday-Friday, 8‑hour shifts between 7:00 AM-6:00 PM Part‑time: Flexible shifts available Responsibilities Classroom safety and active supervision Implement L.E.A.P.® Curriculum through play‑based learning Daily care routines (diapering, meals, rest time) Family communication via apps and conversations Positive guidance and emotional support Team collaboration with center staff
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma/GED 6+ months childcare experience Meets Michigan Licensing requirements
Preferred:
