Job Description

We are looking for a dependable full-time Teacher Assistant Floater. This position would support Teachers in various classrooms in our Holland and Grand Haven locations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required. Must have a CDA credential or be willing to enroll in a CDA class to obtain the credential within two years of hire. Funding may be available to help obtain this credential.
Schedule:
Full-time, 32-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, school year program, Summer hours to be determined. Responsibilities Assist teachers in managing classroom activities and maintaining a positive learning environment. Support children's educational and developmental needs through engaging activities and individualized attention. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to foster a collaborative atmosphere. Monitor student behavior and provide guidance to promote social skills and emotional development. Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.

$16.26 - $18.56 per hour
