Kidtime Child Development Center is looking for a dependable, caring Teaching Assistant to join our team! This position is a great fit for a high school or college student, or anyone looking for a consistent afternoon job. If you enjoy spending time with young children and have experience babysitting, nannying, helping with younger siblings, volunteering with children, or working at a camp or school, we'd love to hear from you!
Position Details Pay:
$14.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM-5:00
PM Hours:
12.5 hours per week
Position:
Part-time What You'll Do Help teachers with classroom activities and daily routines Play and interact with children Help children during transitions, cleanup, and other classroom activities Support a safe, positive, and welcoming classroom Encourage children as they learn, play, and develop new skills Work as part of a supportive classroom team What We're Looking For Someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children Dependability and a positive attitude Patience and good communication skills Previous experience caring for young children is preferred Willingness to learn and complete required child care training Why This Could Be a Great Fit Consistent Monday-Friday schedule Afternoon hours that work well around a school schedule Gain valuable experience working with young children Great opportunity for students interested in education, child development, psychology, social work, or other careers working with children Work alongside experienced early childhood educators and learn about the field If you're responsible, energetic, and enjoy working with young children, we'd love to meet you!
