POSITION IS MONDAY-FRIDAY 8

30AM-5:30PM• We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Infant/ToddlerTeacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. The Assistant Teacher will implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play, ensuring each child's individual needs are met. Duties Assist with the development and implementation of engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood development standards. Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their child's development. Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues to promote a supportive community. Provide care for infants and toddlers as needed, ensuring their safety and well-being. Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all students, including those with disabilities or special education requirements. Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible. Collaborate with other educators to create an inclusive curriculum that supports all learners.

Qualifications :

Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Experience working with children in a classroom setting is highly desirable. Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred. Ability to create an engaging learning environment tailored to the needs of diverse learners. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
