What Were Looking For:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a support role within schools is preferred Either an associates degree or at least 60 completed college credits; if you don't meet this, a Paraprofessional Certificate is required (can begin position while this is pending after you receive an offer) Strong communication, adaptability, and collaboration abilities Enthusiasm for working with students of diverse backgrounds and support needs Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive learning atmosphere
