This position is designed for individuals passionate about teaching and mentoring students while fostering an engaging learning environment. You will collaborate with faculty to deliver high-quality instruction, support curriculum development, and enhance the overall educational experience. What you'll do Supervise and mentor students during practical sessions, providing guidance on clinical skills and patient care techniques. Participate in curriculum development by contributing innovative ideas and resources that enhance learning outcomes. Conduct classroom instruction, facilitating discussions that encourage critical thinking and application of medical and veterinary terminology. Review documentation related to clinical research and trials, ensuring compliance with educational standards and practices. Collaborate with faculty on research projects, sharing insights from your experience in clinical settings such as hospitals or veterinary practices. Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with advancements in physiology, anatomy, and critical care education. Basic qualifications Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and veterinary terminology. Experience working with students in a higher education setting or similar environment. Preferred qualifications Proven supervising experience in a clinical or educational context. Familiarity with adult education principles and teaching methodologies. Background in public health or acute care settings is advantageous. Experience with laboratory work or clinical trials related to veterinary or human health.
