What You'll Do As an Assistant Teacher, you will work alongside our Lead Teachers to create a classroom where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. Help implament fun, hands-on learning experiences through play and exploration Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development Encourage independence, confidence, and a love of learning Assist with classroom activities, learning centers, and daily routines Maintain constant sight and sound supervision of children Observe and document children's growth and accomplishments Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Help maintain a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming classroom Work as part of a team to provide high-quality care and education Why You'll Love Working Here We believe our teachers deserve to feel just as valued as the children in our classrooms.
