Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Experience as a Paraprofessional in a school setting preferred Comfortable working 1:1 with early childhood-age students Ability to follow and implement specialized care plans under supervision Confidence in assisting with high medical needs, including mobility, feeding, and other health-related tasks Strong communication skills to collaborate with educational and medical professionals, as well as the students family Patience, empathy, and reliability are essential traits for success Flexibility and adaptability to meet ever-changing student needs

Key Responsibilities:
