•$27.80 in 6 Steps

Candidates must pass a general clerical test including basic math, basic word, excel, typing, along with a writing sample.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma.
Passing grades on required clerical assessments.
Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks with a minimum of supervision.
Knowledge and competence in the use of computers including word processing, spreadsheets and database programs; willingness to upgrade skills as necessary.
Ability to establish and maintain accurate files and records as required.
Ability to follow complex oral and written directions.
Ability to meet the public and to develop and maintain positive working relationships with office co-workers, professional and non-professional staff and all units of the school district.
Ability to prepare and submit timely reports
Strong math skills.
High degree of initiative
Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle routine correspondence.
Record of excellent, reliable attendance and punctuality.
Gather data and prepare reports.
Such other qualifications as may be determined.
Preferred Qualifications:
Transcription/Speedwriting
Accounting experience.
Student information systems.
Sample Duties:
Demonstrate initiative and good judgment in handling routine office matters.
Demonstrate flexibility while maintaining complex office functions and managing multiple tasks
Prepare reports as required.
Perform clerical and bookkeeping functions.
Perform other duties as may be assigned.
