Duties Supervise and engage with infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, motor skills, language development, and social-emotional growth Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that supports developmental milestones Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, needs, and daily experiences Follow all health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures, to respond promptly to emergencies Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and guiding children through routines Collaborate with lead teachers and staff to plan curriculum activities aligned with childhood development standards Adhere to mandated reporting laws by documenting any concerns related to child safety or well-being Experience Prior experience working with young children in daycare centers, preschools, or nannying/babysitting roles is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a strong plus Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies Certification in first aid, CPR, including pediatric first aid is required or willing to obtain upon hire Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with parents, children, and team members Previous experience in infant/toddler care or preschool environments will help you excel in this role Join us in shaping the early experiences of our youngest learners!
