Qualifications/Description:

Must have a highschool diploma/ged Pass a comprehensive background check Must be willing to follow all orientation protocols per state licensing agreements which include: MIRegistry training GCN Tutorials CPR/First Aid adult, child, and infant Completion of 16 clock hours of PD in a calendar year Participate in district PD if required Must be prompt and have consistent attendance Ability to be responsible for all students K-5 grade in a ratio of 1 :18 Ability to confidently communicate with students and parents Ability to communicate effectively with staff Hard working and team player Demonstrates flexibility For further questions on this position please contact Amanda Smith amanda.smith@spartaschools.org (616) 887-1449
