Desired Qualifications:
Completion of at least two years of study (60 semester hours) at an accredited college/university, or Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution, or Passing score on the ETA Parapro Assessment (460 or above) or qualifying SAT scores (480 evidence-based reading & writing, 530 math) Previous experience as a school paraprofessional or supporting technical/vocational instruction preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to support instructors with adapting materials and working one-on-one or in small groups with students Enthusiasm for hands-on, technical subject areas
