  • We are seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting the education and development of students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
  • Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement lesson plans
  • Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for students
  • Manage classroom behavior and ensure a productive learning atmosphere
  • Provide instruction, encourage student participation, and facilitate learning activities
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student success
  • Experience
  • Experience working with students or children is preferred
  • Knowledge of classroom management techniques
  • Familiarity with curriculum development and educational best practices
  • Background in early childhood education or childcare is a plus
  • Understanding of childhood development principles
  • Prior experience in an educational setting or working with children is beneficial
  • Knowledge of Montessori or other educational methodologies is advantageous
