BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Management, or Management Information Systems from an accredited institution OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND 7 years experience in an IT/IS role A minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT/IS role A minimum of 1 years of leadership experience Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrate a solid understanding and practical application of systems analysis and technical skills Remain current with the business, industry trends, the IT profession, and best practices Effective oral and written communication skills Possess organization, planning, and decision-making abilities Good analytical skills Project management abilities We are seeking an Information Systems Leader to drive Information Technology excellence across our Whitehall Casting facility. Reporting to the Whitehall Casting IS Manager, this position is responsible for all activities within the Whitehall Casting Information Systems Department. These activities include engaging with the business to support their strategic priorities and planning, managing the day-to-day functions of IT troubleshooting and projects, and leading a team of local support professionals supporting both business and manufacturing organizations. Managing the daily operations includes prioritizing the workload and being responsible for IT administration and uptime.
