Qualifications:

Must be highly qualified by ONE of the following: Passing the MN Para Educator Exam (attach proof with application) At least 60 college credits (attach official college transcripts) Strong commitment to providing care and instructional support to students Experience or interest in working with special education populations is a plus Ability to follow IEP accommodations and individualized learning plans Team-oriented attitude and clear communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Support teachers and students in both academic and behavioral programming Provide one-on-one or small group assistance as assigned Follow protocols for personal hygiene support, including toileting, as needed Collaborate with educational staff to implement lesson plans Help foster a positive, inclusive, and productive classroom environment
