Summary:

This Tech Support Para will serve as the primary tech for an elementary school. as well as NCA an online-school

Required Education:

High School Diploma 60 credits of post-secondary education or a passing score on the

Para Pro Exam Required Experience:

Advanced knowledge of technology equipment Advanced customer service skills Ability to independently prioritize and execute tasks in a timely manner Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing Ability to manage and maintain a variety of schedules Ability to problem solve technology related issues Ability to maintain accurate account records Social perceptiveness and strong people skills

Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair building technology equipment Provide technology related customer service and troubleshooting support Manage building tech inventory and follow district technology standards and practices General Para duties as assigned - Webmaster AM/PM Bus duty Occasional lunch/recess duty Other duties as assigned
