We're looking for a Kids Corner Program Assistant to help create a fun, safe, and enriching experience for kids while supporting a dedicated team!

707 S. Hwy 33 Suite 20
Cloquet, MN Hourly Rate:
$16.49 - $21.27, PLUS monthly bonuses!
Benefits:
No weekends Paid ESST (Earned Sick and Safe Time), personal, and vacation days Retirement package Opportunity for full-time hours during the summer and on non-school days Part-time during the school year. Possible additional hours in Lil Lumberjacks program.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Kids Corner Coordinator and Program Manager in the daily operation of the program. Ensure a safe and healthy environment for all children and staff. Actively engage with children in various activities, helping to plan and prepare for high-quality programs. Supervise staff and uphold policies/procedures in the absence of the Coordinator and Program Manager. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a supportive and welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements:
