Qualifications:
Must meet ONE of the following: Passed the Minnesota Board Highly Qualified Para Exam (MN Para Educator Exam) Earned at least 60 college credits (official college transcript required) Able to provide a current resume and qualifying documentation; applications without both cannot be considered Willingness to assist students with all support needs, including toileting Strong communication, flexibility, and a collaborative approach Open to diverse caseloads and able to clearly state your preferred school site upon application
Responsibilities:
Support classroom teachers and students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment Work one-on-one or in small groups, adapting to the needs of each student Assist students with academic, behavioral, and personal care needs Partner with school staff and families to ensure student goals are met Participate in team meetings and trainings
