Lake Agassiz Education Cooperative is advertising for paraprofessionals to serve students (7th-12th grade) in its programs at the new Lake Agassiz Education Center. We are looking for individuals who can work with teams, take directives from other staff members, and demonstrate patience/flexibility while working with students. This position is responsible for assisting in the delivery of instruction, motivating students to be successful, supporting student independence, and being part of a team that continually strives to promote student outcomes.
