•Paraprofessional Job Type Contract Make a direct impact supporting students and enhancing learning outcomes in a rewarding educational environment. These contract positions offer the chance to work closely with elementary students and provide invaluable assistance to both educators and children in need of individualized support.

Elementary Special Education Paraprofessional:

Monday through Friday, 7:30am

•3:00pm

Kids Club Special Education Paraprofessional:

Monday through Friday, 1:30pm

•5:30pm

Kids Club Lead:

Monday through Friday, 1:30pm

•6:00pm Ideal qualifications and experience: Previous work as a paraprofessional, instructional aide, or classroom assistant preferred Ability to foster a supportive and inclusive environment Commitment to assisting children with special needs or individualized learning plans Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude Patience, flexibility, and dependability in a school setting Experience working with young children, preferably in an educational or childcare setting Key responsibilities: Provide in-classroom and/or after-school assistance for students requiring additional support Assist teachers with daily classroom management and activities Work one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce lessons and encourage participation Support kids' social and emotional development within and beyond the classroom Maintain a safe, structured, and positive environment for all students Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure every child's needs are met These roles provide a unique opportunity to encourage growth, confidence, and success in children's lives.
