This is a rewarding, contract-based opportunity working with students in a dynamic Setting 4 program, providing vital academic and behavioral support to learners with diverse needs. With the school day running from 7:45 AM to 2:45 PM, Monday through Friday, you'll have a consistent weekday schedule while serving a vibrant school community. Qualifications:

Successful completion of the MN Para Educator Exam, or At least 60 college credits (official transcripts required, diplomas are not accepted) Experience supporting students with emotional or behavioral needs preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with students and staff

Responsibilities:

Support students K-12 in classroom and small group settings Follow instructional plans designed by licensed teachers and specialists Implement de-escalation and behavioral strategies as needed Monitor student progress and contribute to goal-setting meetings Foster an inclusive and respectful learning environment
