She built TFT so centers could count on skilled substitutes, and so educators could keep doing meaningful work on a schedule they control. You will step into partner childcare centers across the Twin Cities, supporting children ages 6 weeks to 6 years and keeping each classroom's lesson plans and routines on track. Schedule You choose your days and your centers Minimum of 16 hours a week, which is two full days Most shifts are a full 8 hour day, Monday through Friday What you need At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 25 miles Ability to pass a background check A smartphone with internet access Assistant and Lead Teacher roles require qualifying education and experience under Minnesota DHS Rule 3 What happens after you apply Within one business day, Emily, our recruiter, will email you a link to book a phone interview. Substitute Aide:
$17.00 to $19.50 per hour
Substitute Assistant Teacher:
$19.00 to $21.00 per hour
Substitute Lead Teacher:
$21.00 to $25.00 per hour Pay is based on verified education and experience. Not sure which level you qualify for? We will review it with you. TFT Substitute Pay:
$17.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 16.0 per week
