Desired Qualifications:
Must be recognized as a "highly qualified para" Meet at least one of the following: Completed a minimum of two years of college credits (60 semester credits or equivalent) from an accredited institution Hold an associate degree or higher Successfully passed a formal Paraprofessional Assessment or completed a recognized Competency Grid (parapro test) Enthusiasm for supporting students with diverse needs Strong communication and relationship-building abilities Reliable, flexible, and committed to fostering a positive classroom environment
Key Responsibilities:
