You'd work alongside a Lead Teacher in the classroom, helping kids play, learn, and hit their milestones. You do not need a teaching license or a college degree for this job. The schedule is steady:

40 hours a week, weekdays only. No weekends, no closing shifts, no schedule that changes every week.

Pay and Benefits Pay:

$15.75 to $17.35 per hour, depending on your experience. Plus a 1% incentive payment on top of your wages. This is a school district position, and it carries school district benefits: Health insurance: the district pays 90% of the premium if it's just you, 75% if you're covering a partner or your family. At this wage level, that's worth thousands of dollars a year that most employers make you pay yourself.

Dental:
