Job Description

Position Description:
This Educational Assistant position assists the Speech-Language Clinician staff. The Educational Assistant's primary focus is on directly serving K-5 students who participate in virtual speech therapy sessions, including managing computer access, reinforcing engagement, and collecting/entering data on skill development and session outcomes. Ideal candidates will believe and ensure their role is to support and develop a high-quality learning environment focused on each and every student.
Position Requirements:
To perform this job effectively, an individual must demonstrate highly effective organizational & problem-solving skills, build strong relationships with students and staff, and be able to work independently.

The candidate will have a strong equity lens, believing in and ensuring that all kids learn at high levels. The candidate will build strong, impactful professional relationships with students, staff, and other school stakeholders. The candidate will follow all District requirements and Board of Education policies. Consistent and reliable attendance is required.
Hours:
M-F / 8:15 am - 2:30 pm, 5.75 hours/day
Pay Rate:
B-2-1 $ 18.64-22.44 per hour, depending on experience.
