Multi-Building Special Education Paraprofessional:
2026-27 School Year Richfield Public Schools 7001 Harriet Ave (Show on map) Aug 20, 2026 The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a Multi-Building Special Education Paraprofessional beginning the 2026-27 school year. This position will assist certified staff in the delivery of Special Education programming. Provide direct support with academics, social emotional learning, supervision, and personal care of students in a variety of settings, including special and general education, work/community, early learning and transportation, as assigned. Requirements:
Must be highly qualified, providing supporting documentation, having 1 of the 3 listed below: 1. Completed two years of study (equaling 60 or more credit hours) from an accredited institution of higher education (Transcript). 2. have an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution of higher education (Transcript). 3. Obtained a passing score on the MN approved assessment ParaPro or ParaEducator exam, both measuring math and reading skills (Certification).
Salary:
$23.19-$26.30 (Based on education and experience). Resource paraprofessionals work 6.5 hours/day, and Center Based paraprofessionals work 7 to 7.25 hours/day. Richfield Public Schools offers a comprehensive benefits package. Click here to see contract and benefits information.
