Job Summary As an Assistant Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting the team in creating a nurturing and warm environment while implementing a quality program with our service values. Duties

• Assist the site director in implementing lesson plans and engaging activities
• Support classroom management and create a positive learning atmosphere
• Provide care and supervision to children, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Help with individual and group activities to promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child Qualifications
• Experience or knowledge in early childhood education is preferred
• Ability to assist in lesson planning and curriculum implementation
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
