Qualifications and Credentials:

Experience working as a paraprofessional in an educational environment Appropriate credentials and certifications as required by the state of Minnesota Ability to build rapport with students across K8th grade levels Strong commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students under the guidance of the classroom teacher Assist with instructional activities, classroom management, and individualized student plans Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and other paraprofessionals to ensure effective learning experiences Support students in both group and one-on-one situations, adapting strategies for varied learning needs Maintain accurate documentation relating to student progress and program participation Foster a positive and respectful environment aligned with the charter schools mission and values This full-time role starts on 8/31/2026 and continues through 6/4/2026, offering 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Compensation ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, reflecting experience and credentials.
