We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role assists in implementing engaging lesson plans supporting the overall development of children in our care. Responsibilities Assist in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive development. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a structured learning environment. Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and classroom activities. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with licensing standards Job requirement Experience working with children 2 years of education - preferred
