We are in search of a faith-filled Teacher Aide to join our team of passionate Catholic educators. The successful candidate will assist classroom teachers in implementing instructional activities, supervising students, and providing personalized support to help students achieve their academic and social-emotional goals. Qualifications Minimum age of 16 years old, in accordance with Minnesota DHS licensing requirements. Ability to work under the direction and supervision of the classroom teacher. Warm, patient, and nurturing approach to working with young children. Ability to assist with classroom routines, transitions, learning activities, meals, toileting, and other daily preschool needs. Ability to support the safety, supervision, and well-being of all students. Reliable, responsible, and able to work cooperatively as part of a classroom team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred but not required. Must successfully complete all required background checks and licensing requirements. Must complete required training applicable to the position under Minnesota child care licensing requirements.
