  • Paraprofessional Job Type Contract This is an exciting contract opportunity for experienced paraprofessionals who are passionate about supporting students and enriching school communities.
Three full-time positions are available for dedicated individuals eager to contribute in a dynamic educational setting: one at the elementary level (grades K-5), one at the high school (grades 9-12), and a specialized role supporting English Language learners across K-12.
Available Schedules:
Elementary (K-5): 8:45 am
  • 3:45 pm High School (9-12): 7:45 am
  • 2:45 pm English Language (K-12): 8:45 am
  • 3:45 pm
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting preferred Ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and staff Demonstrated patience, empathy, and effective communication skills Comfortable assisting students with diverse learning needs and backgrounds Capable of implementing individual education or support plans as directed High school diploma or equivalent (additional training or certification is a plus) Strong organizational and time management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Provide classroom and individual support under the guidance of lead teachers and specialists Assist with instructional activities and reinforce learning objectives Foster an inclusive, respectful, and positive classroom environment Support students with personal, academic, or behavioral goals as needed Help monitor student progress and provide feedback to the educational team Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development as requested This role offers a meaningful way to make a difference in students' daily lives while working in a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.
