Category Schools - Paraprofessional Job Type Contract Make a real difference by supporting students as a full-time Paraprofessional for the 26/27 school year in a contract position. Work closely with educators in an engaging, collaborative school environment, helping students reach their fullest potential every step of the way.
What You Bring:
Crisis Prevention Training is required Current Minnesota Paraprofessional certification or at least 60 completed college credits A passion for working with children and supporting their learning goals Adaptability and teamwork, thriving in a fast-paced classroom setting Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities Include:
Supporting teachers in classroom activities and providing individualized attention to students Assisting students with educational and behavioral needs Implementing strategies to foster an inclusive and positive learning atmosphere Helping with supervision during classroom transitions, lunch, or recess Collaborating with educators to customize instructional approaches
