Job Description

Help for Partial Job Description. Opens a new window. Special Instructional Rotation Paraprofessional needed to monitor students during specials rotations daily for school year. This is a part-time position and is 18.75 hours per week.

Position duties:

Assumes the responsibilities for instructing classes during specials rotation. Prepares lesson plans with assistance, as directed by an administrator, when lesson plans are not available in the classroom. Maintains appropriate records including checking papers, recording grades, student assignments, projects and the necessary clerical work required to maintain student records. Provides assistance for students who need special help during the specials rotation. Provides for individualized and small group assistance for students as indicated by lesson plans.

Rate of Pay:

Hourly Salary Schedule, Para Level II, $16.34/hour

•23.12/hour (depending on experience).
