Job Description

Help for Partial Job Description. Opens a new window. 1:1 Special Education Paraprofessionals and Level 3 Special Education Classroom Paraprofessionals needed for the school year with Belton School District.

Salary range:

$18.64/hr

•$25.48/hr. (depending on experience)+ full benefits + $786 annual stipend for college credit. Schools in need are Kentucky Trail, Scott Education Center, Gladden, Cambridge, Mill Creek Upper Elementary, Belton Middle School, Belton High School The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education has updated the qualifications for paraprofessionals to included the 20-hour online substitute training program beginning in the 2022-2023 school year. Individials with one of the following qualifications are now eligible to be an instructional paraprofessional: 60+ college hours Associates degree or higher Missouri ParaPro Assessment passing score (before September 23, 2013) Missouri Paraprofessional Assessment passing score (after September 23, 2013) Completed Missouri's 20-hour online substitute training program Belton School District is an equal opportunity employer.
