In this energetic and rewarding position, you will support lead teachers in creating a dynamic, engaging, and safe learning environment for preschool children. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster curiosity, social skills, and foundational knowledge essential for early childhood development. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards. Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and helping maintain a respectful, inclusive environment for all children. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive development, fine motor skills, and early childhood education principles. Help with classroom organization, including preparing materials for lessons and maintaining a clean, safe space for children to explore and learn. Provide attentive care to toddlers and preschoolers, including diapering, feeding, and supervising indoor and outdoor playtime. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress and daily experiences. Skills Experience working with young children in daycare or preschool settings is a plus, but but not required.
