Support daily routines, including feeding, diapering, supervision, and play-based learning activities. Encourage children's growth and development through positive interactions and responsive caregiving. Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers. Ensure all practices align with Missouri Child Care Licensing regulations and Academy policies. Work cooperatively and respectfully with fellow staff and families. Qualifications Experience caring for infants and toddlers in a group setting is preferred. Infant CPR certification required. Dependable, kind, patient, and coachable.
