Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Teacher Assistant Director to join our educational leadership team. Responsibilities Lead and supervise school staff, including teachers, assistants, and administrative personnel, ensuring high standards of educational quality and operational efficiency Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum plans aligned with educational standards and childhood development best practices Facilitate professional development sessions for staff to promote instructional excellence and compliance with legal requirements such as special education law and educational regulations Oversee school administrative functions including budgeting, resource allocation, and maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory standards Engage in strategic planning initiatives to enhance school programs, increase community engagement, and support fundraising efforts Manage personnel performance evaluations, faculty development, and team leadership activities to foster a motivated and effective staff environment Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, legal requirements, and educational policies related to early childhood education and K-12 schooling Skills Extensive experience in education administration with a focus on early childhood or K-12 environments Proven leadership skills in managing teams within educational settings; capable of motivating staff toward shared goals Strong background in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and classroom experience across diverse student populations Expertise in managing budgets as an executive education administrator; skilled in financial planning and resource management Knowledge of school legal frameworks including special education law, childhood development standards, and educational compliance regulations Excellent public speaking abilities; comfortable representing the school at community events or stakeholder meetings Experience facilitating professional development for educators; adept at supervising personnel performance evaluations and faculty growth initiatives This role is designed for passionate leaders committed to fostering inclusive learning environments that prioritize student achievement while maintaining operational excellence.
