Key Qualifications:

Prior experience working with individuals who have severe disabilities Familiarity with implementing individualized behavior plans Comfort in assisting medically fragile students with daily activities and care routines Hoyer lift experience is a plus, but not mandatory Ability to adapt, stay calm under pressure, and communicate effectively with a team

Primary Responsibilities:
