Job Description
Overview Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Pre-K Assisstant, where your passion for nurturing young minds will inspire a love of learning in preschoolers. You will work along side our Lead Pre-K teacher implementing our multiple intelligence style lesson plans Responsibilities Implement creative, age-appropriate curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards, using a Multiple intelligence approach Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and supports children's emotional well-being. Engage children in activities that promote literacy education, math skills, physical development, and social interaction. Incorporate early intervention strategies to support children with special needs or developmental delays. Will work alongside Pre-K lead teacher to help the students Experience Prior classroom experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or private school setting is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention techniques. Experience in implementing curriculum content that incorporates literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and social-emotional learning. Familiarity with classroom management strategies to maintain an engaging and disciplined learning environment Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, colleagues, and support staff.
