About the Role We are hiring passionate individuals to become Special Education Paraprofessionals in a school setting. Education:

High school diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree (education, psychology, ABA, related field) preferred but not required

Experience:

Experience with children or special needs is helpful No ABA experience required — we train you! Physical & Work Environment This is an active, hands-on role.

You may:

Lift up to 50 lbs Kneel, squat, sit, or stand for extended periods Assist with toileting (PPE provided) Respond to student escalations using trained CPI techniques Working with students that may display aggressive behaviors You will receive proper training to feel safe and confident in all situations.
