Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Experience as a paraprofessional in a school or athletic setting Knowledge of athletic training protocols and sports safety Ability to work collaboratively with coaches, faculty, and students Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and motivational abilities CPR/First Aid certification and relevant clearances (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Support and supervise student-athletes during practices, games, and daily activities Assist with injury prevention, assessments, and first response care Collaborate with coaching staff to create safe and effective training programs Maintain open, positive communication with students, staff, and families Help monitor athletic equipment and enforce safety guidelines Adjust work hours based on sports schedules, with flexibility during evening and weekend events
