Assistant teacher

Child Care Teacher responsibilities include: following a full schedule of activities Providing basic care and supervision Other duties as assigned Job brief We are looking for a Child Care Assistant teacher to encourage the healthy intellectual and psychological growth of the children in our facility. You will teach and supervise them while also motivating them to use their mental capacities and exercise their imagination. Responsibilities Provide basic care and caregiving activities Assistant lead teacher carrying out lesson plans. Assistant in observation and documentation Remain in constant communication with parents and update them on the progress of their children Observe children's interactions and promote positive interactions Identify behavioral problems and redirect accordingly. Collaborate with other colleagues Adhere with teaching standards and safety regulations Requirements (Assistant teacher) Patience, flexibility, and love for children Willingness to learn Ability to attend continued education training First Aide CPR certification (can be achieved after hire) Pay rate for an Assistant teacher is a base pay of 15 to 17per hour and a 15% monthly bonus
